Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research

Before joining MESPOM in 2005 I graduated in Microbiology at the University of Pune in India. At MESPOM I followed the 'Environmental Science' track at the University of Manchester. I wrote my thesis on reducing the climate impact of aircraft at the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research. I have just been offered a position in a knowledge transfer partnership project between the University of Lincoln and Simons Group. My primary role would be to devise out strategies on reducing the construction carbon footprint of Simons Group.

I would like to thank MESPOM for bringing together different students from distant countries and opening an altogether new career avenues for them. Mespom not only gave us an opportunity but it also provided us with skills and motivation to excel in the discipline of sustainability. I sincerely believe that MESPOM will be an experience for the lifetime for all of us.
