Tuition fee
MESPOM has a unified tuition fee independent of the track the student is taking.
- For non-EU students: 16,000 euro/year
- For EU students: 8,000 euro/year
Tuition fee waivers of 50% and 75% are available to outstanding candidates including those who are awarded Erasmus Mundus scholarships.
The fee covers access to all learning facilities. The tuition fee may be subject to minor changes by the MESPOM Academic Board.
Living expenses
Estimates for living expenses in Hungary (the first year of the programme) are available from CEU; in Sweden - from Lund University; and in the UK - from the University of Manchester.
Erasmus Mundus scholarships
Successful applicants from MESPOM may apply for Erasmus Mundus scholarships from the European Commission. See the Scholarship section for details.
Other Financial Aid
CEU Fellowships. A limited number of CEU fellowships are available to successful MESPOM applicants.
CEU handles the payment of Erasmus Mundus scholarships on behalf of the MESPOM Consortium as well as other scholarships. Scholarships are paid in monthly installements. CEU assists in opening a bank account and obtaining a bank card. Scholarships and stipends are not taxed in Hungary.
