Our congratulations to Yuliya Voytenko (1st batch of MESPOM), who received her PhD degree from Central European University. Her defense was on December 14, 2010 and the title of her thesis was Bioenergy in Ukraine: Sustainable Pathways for the Development of Ukraine's Agro-biomass Potential.
