The ISEPEI Project: Aiding informed decision-making for sustainable development

Emily Nilson '14 (USA) is currently involved in the ‘In-Service ICT Training for Environmental Professionals’ (ISEPEI) Project. The project was jointly launched by CEU and UNEP’s Global Universities Partnership on Environment and Sustainability (GUPES) under the Eye on Earth Summit. Since 2014, ISEPEI has been conducting a series of international workshops on the potential application of information and communication technologies (ICTs) across various environmental themes. The aim of the project is to bridge the gap between ICTs and environmental professionals so as to enhance data-driven decision-making.
